21 Days to Return
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 21 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
How to Return
Package items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition, all boxes and package attached.
What happens next?
Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
Life time warranty
We replace any damages part of the Universal Sticky roller.
Even if your dog chews it or it broken by your children, or for some reason the roller is no longer sticky, don’t
throw it out we replace it for free!
How to Exchange
Contact us via our email to replace the damaged part of the roller. In the Email, indicate your data for delivery:
Surname and Name
Address for delivery
Reason for damage
In what year the roller was purchased
Attach a photo of the damaged part of the roller.
